<p>CodeValue is hiring an Account &amp; Delivery Manager!</p><p><br></p><p><u>Main Responsibilities:</u></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives</p><p>Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling</p><p>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts</p><p>Manage budget usage and handle business deal aspects</p><p>Manage employees in a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organization_structure" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">matrix structure</a> software organization</p><p>The position is a full-time job. We are located in Herzliya.</p>

<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;1-2&nbsp;years of experience&nbsp;&nbsp;as an account management/sales track record</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1-2&nbsp;years of&nbsp;&nbsp;demonstrated experience in project management</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor's degree in a related field – advantage</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Team Player</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proactive</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Multitasker</p><p><br></p><p class="ql-direction-rtl"><br></p>
