about the position

<p><strong>CodeValue is looking for a Sales Development Representative</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our sales team and help lead the growth of CodeValue.</p><p>your role will include:</p><ul><li>Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.</li><li>Leading and managing the entire sales cycle - from lead to MQL to SQO, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with customers.</li><li>Providing regular updates to management on the status of client relationships and sales efforts.</li><li>Staying up to date with industry trends and developments to provide value to clients and identify new business opportunities.</li><li>CRM proficiency.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Requirements

<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in a similar role in sales - Must</li><li>Experience with B2B sales</li><li>Proven track record of hitting quarterly targets - Must</li><li>Experienced in the Software Development / professional Services industry - Advantage</li><li>Prior experience managing a large number of deals simultaneously</li><li>Excellent interpersonal &amp; communication skills, inbound and outbound.</li><li>Business Level Hebrew &amp; English (Verbal &amp; Written).</li><li>BA/BSc degree required</li></ul>
