In this role, you will lead a team of developers, drive end-to-end development processes, and work within complex enterprise environments. You will play a key role in technical leadership, system design, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a .NET Team Lead or in a similar leadership role
• Significant experience leading development teams and managing tasks end-to-end
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core
• Extensive experience with Web API development
• Strong experience working with SQL Server
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
• Experience developing complex enterprise systems
• Strong background in system design and architecture
• Experience working with multiple interfaces and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Code Reviews and development best practices
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
