The User Experience team in CodeValue is expanding! We are looking for talented UX/UI Graphic Designers. 

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design processes and a proven ability to deliver high-quality deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user interviews to gather insights and understand user needs.
• Perform job analysis to identify tasks and workflows.
• Develop high-level conceptual designs and translate them into detailed, actionable design specifications.
• Create detailed UI/UX designs using tools such as Figma.
• Write comprehensive documentation for development in line with internal guidelines (strong documentation skills are essential).
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to software developers throughout the development process.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and design proposals to stakeholders.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.
• Exhibit strong presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Requirements:

• UX/UI Designer with at least 3 years of experience in user experience and interface design for applications, complex websites, and management systems – including both B2B systems and B2C products.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, including working with clients and development teams.
• Proven experience in projects that were fully developed and implemented, not just designed.
• Full proficiency in Figma – חובה (must).
• High level of English – חובה (must).
• Experience working with relevant AI tools and integrating them into studio workflows.
• Creativity, strong visual skills, and a passion for technology and user experience.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently, confidence in client-facing communication, proactive mindset, and strategic thinking.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in video editing / animation / illustration / microcopy / branding and storytelling – an advantage.
• Experience working on a wide variety of projects across different domains – an advantage.
