We’re looking for a motivated and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team at CodeValue.
In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer stage. You’ll also take part in employer branding initiatives, help strengthen our presence in the tech community, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s passionate about technology and people, and who’s eager to develop their career in a dynamic, innovative environment.
What You’ll Do:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing — experience from an agency or placement company
Genuine interest in the tech industry and motivation to learn about new technologies and roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach.
Bachelor’s degree — graduates of technological or engineering programs looking to transition into recruitment are welcome!
Fluent English (spoken and written).
